Frequently asked questions

Got questions? We're here to help!

Do I need broadcast experience before I enrol?
No. Each course starts with the fundamentals and builds towards professional practice. Technicians, producers and facilities managers all learn side by side.
Are the courses online or delivered on site in the UK?
Courses are self-paced online with scheduled live clinics. Team packs and consulting days can also be delivered at your studio anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Can I enrol my whole team at once?
Yes. The Network Team Pack covers up to eight colleagues and includes a consulting day. Contact us for larger groups or tailored schedules.
How do discounts and invoices work?
Prices on the site already show the current saving. Send us an enquiry and we will confirm your quote in pounds sterling and arrange an invoice for your organisation.

How we work

From first brief to live transmission

Six clear stages keep your learning structured, practical and tied to the shows you actually produce.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

We learn about your studio, crew and channels, then match you with the right course or pack.

  2. 2

    Skills check

A short questionnaire shows where your team is strong and which topics need the most attention.

  3. 3

    Guided lessons

Video lessons, diagrams and checklists you can follow at your own pace, on any device.

  4. 4

    Live clinics

Bring real questions to scheduled sessions with our camera, lighting and sound specialists.

  5. 5

    Hands-on project

Apply the method to your own gallery or a sample show and receive written feedback.

  6. 6

    Go live with confidence

Leave with documented workflows, rehearsal plans and fail-safes ready for transmission day.

Our Philosophy

Great television is invisible engineering. We teach the habits behind it: plan the signal, light for the lens, mix for the listener and rehearse the failure, so the audience only ever notices the story.
